Where we ship

We ship in the US and to most international places. We can't currently ship to the EU due to regulations that are a challenge for our small business.

 

If you're in the EU or anywhere else outside our ship zone, a US-based forwarding service like Stackry (or similar...this is not an endorsement, just a suggestion) could be an option.

 

Please Note: International orders take longer in transit, and while we do our best to avoid them, any customs or duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing time

We're a two-person shop and do our best to ship in a timely manner. In-stock orders requiring packaging and shipping will go out in 7-14 business days. Preorders will be packed and shipped upon receipt from the printer, which is typically 4-6 weeks from publication date (sometimes less, but those timelines are out of our control). 

Email shipping notifications will be sent for all orders of physical goods (books, art prints).

Digital orders are processed immediately, though in the case of a preorder you'll receive your files on the date noted on the listing.

Personalizing

Signed paperbacks (including preorders!) include a personalization option on the product detail page before you add to cart. Please be sure to double check spelling before checkingo ut.

Returns

All sales are final. If you want to confirm something about a product before you order, email hello@shelfindulgences.com.

We're a small shop and don't have the resources or infrastructure to accept returns.

Damage

We do our best to pack carefully and thoroughly, though even our best efforts can't eliminate the normal wear and tear of shipping. Signed paperbacks are shipped to us from the printer, evaluated per our exacting and high quality standards, then signed (and personalized, if you request such), and diligently packed for shipping. Minor scuffs, small bends, light corner wear, and similar are all considered normal wear and tear and can be expected.

In the event your items are damaged in transit, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the shipping company. We place insurance on packages, even those shipped via USPS Media Mail, to make this possible. You should receive tracking and insurance info in your shipping notifications to facilitate your claim. We do not process damage refunds or replacements on our end.

Address accuracy

Please double/triple-check your shipping address before purchase. We can't recover packages sent to the wrong address and would hate for you to miss out on your goodies!

To request a change to your shipping address on an unfulfilled order (e.g. preorder), please reach out to hello@shelfindulgences.com with your name, email used to order, and order number so we can update our records before labels are printed and preorders are shipped.
